Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

• Full licensing support, study resources, and guidance are provided throughout the process

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs

• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and other outreach efforts

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Quote, present, and close insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life insurance

• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow-up activities

• Help achieve agency sales and customer service goals

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Sales, retail, hospitality, call center, customer service, or business development experience preferred

• Insurance license preferred but not required
