Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

• We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and onboarding support throughout the process

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in agency growth by developing customer relationships, identifying coverage needs, and recommending insurance solutions that help customers protect their families and assets. You will work with both prospective and existing customers while contributing to a high-performing, sales-oriented team.

Success in this role is measured by customer relationships, activity, and production results.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Conduct needs-based conversations and policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and protection opportunities

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and outreach efforts

• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to drive retention and growth

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations

Qualifications

• Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

• Confidence leading customer conversations and asking for the business

• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Previous sales, insurance, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred
