Mary Henry State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Multiline Representative to join our growing team. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date
• We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and onboarding support throughout the process
Position Overview
As a Multiline Representative, you will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, provide coverage recommendations, and help customers protect what matters most. You will play a key role in agency growth through relationship building, proactive follow-up, and consultative sales conversations.
Success in this role is measured by activity, customer relationships, and production results.
Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently on leads, referrals, and customer opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support agency marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
• Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
Qualifications
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Previous sales, customer service, insurance, or business development experience preferred
